Sadie came to Jenny in 1993. Sadie was a stray that had
arrived at Jenny's house on their deck one day.
Sadie was an American Eskimo and was a beautiful dog.
I can honestly say that I think Sadie was probably the
smartest dog I have ever known. When I first met Jenny in 1995
Sadie didn't really like me at the time, she barked and barked
at me when I would come out to the house. We finally got use
to each other and me never having a dog before loved her like
she was my own dog. Sadie loved to be loved and liked it when
you would rub her belly. Sadie liked to go for walks, fetch
her newspaper and liked just to be outside.
Sadie was definatley a protective dog. If anyone came to
the house that she didn't know she would let them know that
the were not suppose to be there and that she ran the house.
This was one dog that you knew was happy because she
seemed to smile and had this attitude about her that made
everyone love her.
We were lucky that Sadie waited for us to get home to
say our last goodbyes before she passed on. We will truly miss
our little Angel dog.
