Update: 1/30/2004 We went for a doctor visit yesterday and everything was looking good. The doctor said that the baby is some where between 7.5 and 8.0 pounds. We only have one week left after Sunday till Jenny's due date. Jenny says that she is ready to have the baby any time now. I'll have to post some more pictures of the baby's room now that it is finished.

1/21/2003 The second baby shower went good. Thanks to everyone who came and for all the gifts. Jenny and the baby are doing good, Jenny seems to be a lot more uncomfortable at night, I don't think she has slept much in the last 3 or 4 weeks. I think she is ready for the baby to arrive, I know I am. Jenny is 37 weeks as of the 18th.  The pregnancy is now considered full term so any day now the baby could arrive. I'll have to post some pictures of the baby's room in the next few days.

1/10/04 We went to the doctor appointment on Thursday, everything is going good. The doctor said that the baby is already between 5 1/2 to 6 pounds. We got to hear the baby's heart beat. We have been trying to get things ready for the baby to arrive. Tomorrow is the baby's 2nd shower being given by my Mom.

 1/5/2003 Jenny is 35 Weeks and will be going to the doctor this Thursday for a check up. The baby is still really active but seems shy when I go to touch Jenny's stomach. This weekend the 11th is our second baby shower for my side of the family.

12/28/2003 Jenny today is 34 weeks. Only 6 more weeks to go until the due date. Baby Jones seems to be kicking and moving more lately. The doctor says that Jenny and the Baby are doing fine. Our baby shower that my Mom is having for us is coming up soon, Jan. 11th 2004. 

12/12/2003 Jenny is 32 weeks along now. Both Mom and the baby seem to be doing fine. We're gearing up for the holidays and it won't be to long after until the baby is born.

Well Baby Jones' arrival is getting closer. Last weekend we went to Lamaze classes. They were actually pretty interesting. Jenny and the Baby are doing fine, it seems like the baby is a lot more active lately. I've been reading a book my parents got to the baby every few nights. Christmas is coming and really after that we only have a little more than a month. We're both really excited and can't wait until the baby is born. Just in case you don't know we decided on the names for the baby. Haley if it is a girl and Jonah if it is a boy.

11/24/2003 Jenny has a doctor's appointment today. The baby has been really active it seems like lately. We have been playing the baby music with a device that my Mom got us that allows you to listen, talk and play music to the baby. It's really neat when we play music the baby seems to move more, or calm down. Our 2nd baby shower is coming up soon Jan. 11th. I also need to start making plans for the guys Diaper Party.

11/12/2003 We went to the doctor today and everything was good. We got to hear a little bit of the baby's heartbeat but the kid was squirming to much to get to listen to it very long.

11/12/2003 Today we have a Doctor's appointment to see how Jenny and the Baby are doing. We got the Crib setup and some of the Baby's room cleared out over the weekend. I took pictures of some of the stuff, I'll try to post pictures tonight.

11/2/2003 Today was our first baby shower with Jenny's our friends and Jenny's side of the family. We had a great time, a great turn out and received lots of gifts. Thank You to everyone who came. You can see some of the pictures that we took by clicking here.  Hopefully I can get a few shots of some of the gifts and post them. Jenny and the Baby are doing great as of today Jenny is 26 weeks.

10/24/2003 Jenny got a device that lets you listen to the baby yesterday, of course we tried it out last night. I thought I heard the baby's heart beat several times but Baby Jones keeps moving on us. I felt the baby actually kick hard enough to make it feel like Jenny's stomach was picking up. It was really neat. The first baby shower is coming up soon, November 2nd. Jenny and the Baby are doing good.

10/16/2003 Jenny and the baby had a check up yesterday. The doctor said that they are both doing great. Jenny is coming up on Six Months. I got to feel the baby kick last night. Jenny says she is feeling the baby roll over sometimes.

10/15/2003 Jenny will be going in today for her monthly doctor visit. I'll keep everyone posted.

10/7/2003 Jenny and Baby Jones seem to be doing fine. Jenny said that the baby is very active and is kicking a lot. We still can't wait for the day, but we are still enjoying these last few months of time by ourselves.  Jenny's first Baby shower for her side of the family is November 2nd. I'm not sure when my Mom is planning the shower for my side yet. Jenny has a doctor's appointment coming up soon I'll keep everyone posted.

9/20/2003 We went and had an Ultra Sound today what a difference it was since the last one. The baby looked fine as far as we could tell and the ultrasound tech said the baby looked good. We got a video and a lot of pictures to post. I'll probably only post a few pictures but the video will actually cover all of the pictures and then some. The due date is still for Feb. 8th. I'll post the new pictures and video ASAP.

 9/18/2003 Jenny and the baby went for their monthly check up yesterday. Everything is good the baby's heartbeat was strong and Jenny is doing good also. We will be going for a 3D ultrasound this Saturday so I'll have more pictures to post after. Jenny will be 20 weeks this Sunday. We still have not chose the name if we have a baby girl. Hopefully soon. If we have a baby boy his name will be Jonah.

9/15/2003 We got back the blood test results from the doctor and the baby is healthy and so is Jenny. Jenny thinks she is feeling the baby move a lot now. We should be going for another Ultra Sound soon. I'll of course be posting the pictures ASAP. Jenny and I have registered at USA Baby and Babies R Us.  I'll have to post some pictures of the stuff that we have already got from our parents.  

8/31/2003 Well we went to the doctor on the 20th and the baby and Jenny are doing fine. We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. Jenny thinks that she felt the baby move last night while we were out seeing a movie. She said that it felt like a little flutter.

8/5/2003 Jenny and the baby are through the first trimester. We are really excited and have narrowed down the names of the baby to just a few, hopefully I'll be posting our choices soon. We will be going in on the 20th for another check up.

7/31/2003 New Ultrasound pictures are posted!!

7/24/2003 Jenny and the baby went to the OB for the first check up yesterday. Everything looked great, but the doctor wanted Jenny to come back in for an ultra sound today.  The Ultra sound went great, the OB Doctor said that the due date will be Feb. 9th. Hopefully I will post the new ultra sound pictures tonight.

7/22/2003 Jenny and the Baby will be going in tomorrow for their first OB check up. Jenny and the baby are doing great as far as we can tell. My Mom and Dad got the Baby Ohio State Shoes already, I'll have to put up some pictures.

7/14/2003 Well Mom and the Baby are doing excellent. Jenny and I went out and looked at cribs, changing tables, car seats etc. Lots of neat stuff they have for babies now days. 

7/7/03 Jenny and the baby are doing great. We went camping all weekend and to a concert and Jenny did great at both. We finally got a good nights sleep on the last night of camping kind of ironic we overslept the last night at the campgrounds. Jenny is going to be seeing her OB doctor tomorrow.

7/3/2003 Jenny and the baby seem to be doing fine. Jenny is having trouble sleeping at night. The Doctor said that she needs to take the rest of the week off work and should be able to go back on Tuesday of next week. 

Well after 3 years and quite a few months of trying we are expecting a Baby. Baby Jones will be due on Feb. 13th 2004. Jenny and myself went to see the fertility Doctor on Monday and were pleased to see the baby's heart beat for the first time. We are very excited and have been trying to pick out names. We will hopefully have those names posted when we narrow them down.

  We will not be finding out what the sex is of our baby until the baby is born. Jenny will be taking it easy this week per the Doctors orders and next Monday we will get to see the baby again for the second time.  Here are the second set of sonograms that we had done a week after the first set. The fertility doctor said that we can start seeing our normal OB and that this one should be a keeper.
